Dirty Dream Read online

  With a sigh, I step out of the shower and start getting ready, paying close attention to every detail. Nothing blows a disguise faster than having something be an obvious mismatch. Luckily, a little makeup takes care of my normally light-colored eyebrows, and as I adjust the deep black wig I’ve chosen for today, a different woman looks back at me.

  “Now for the final piece of the puzzle,” I murmur, pulling my right eyelid down. Ten seconds later, I’m looking back at a pair of deep chocolate eyes, looking damn near exotic. Spanish or Italian perhaps? No, Russian I think, pursing my lips in the mirror.

  I get dressed, pulling on a loose t-shirt and pair of yoga pants that make me look like any of a million other women out to run some errands, and grab my keys.

  My car’s pretty nondescript, so hopefully no one will even notice it, much less remember it. Keith’s house is in a gated community, and there’s only one entrance and exit, so I’ll start there. My plan is to park and pretend to chat away on my phone, while I wait for Keith to appear. That’ll give me every chance to follow him and take a few sneaky pictures if he does anything interesting.

  “Sorry to pry, Keith,” I murmur as I grab my breakfast and little bag of supplies that’ll let me slog through plenty of long hours of stakeout. “But a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. And right now, my job is to find all your dirty laundry.”

  Besides, after all the research I’ve done and last night’s concert video, Keith Perkins has a new fan. I’m more than a bit curious myself what he gets up to when he’s not in my dreams, making my panties wet and making me come harder than I ever thought possible. Yeah, this might be my best assignment yet. Let’s see what you got, cowboy.
